Thanks to an overwhelming demand from both the creators involved and their readers, independent comics publisher Saucy Goose Press today announced plans to publish a second volume of erotic comics to be called
Smut Peddler Volume 2.
Hailed as "a uniquely organized project that could start a mini-comics revolution," the second volume of Smut Peddler will once again feature tasteful, erotic stories from the finest comics creators. Previous contributors have included Carla Speed McNeil (
Finder,
Queen & Country) and Layla Lawlor (
Raven's Children).
New creators involved with
Smut Peddler Volume 2 include Steve Goldman (
Styx Taxi: Pastrami for the Dead) and Paul Sizer (
Little White Mouse), who will be joining returning contributors Sean Bieri (
Jape), Bevis Musson (
Queen of Diamonds) and John Peters (
Forty Winks), amongst others. Cover art will be provided by San Francisco-based cartoonist Jamaica Dyer and Nicholas Burns (cover art for
Smut Peddler Vol. 1).

Smut Peddler Vol. 2 is scheduled to be available in June 2004, in time for the summer comics convention season.
