Nosuchzine issue # 11 is out. The last issue #10, Unravelling the
World was about my travels in Asia over the summer. This issue
includes stories about:
-being class president when you don't really want to be
-strict asian parents
-my mother who doesn't speak english very well
-being a chinese american girl and how that affects my ideas of sexuality/sexuality in chinese culture
-finding beauty in the suburbs
-interview with a mortuary worker about his job (picking up dead people) and his views on death after having worked there.
-riding around in cars with boys (sorry, never seen the movie)
+much much more.
I wouldn't say it's really a perzine or a fiction zine. it's somewhere inbetween those two...It's big, 8.5x8.5 inches and 38 pages. Anyways. If you want a copy just sent 2 dollars OR some stamps (like, about a dollars worth) to:
