Herman, the Legal Labrador is having its first festival screening at the Fucking Fabulous Film Festival in Seattle, WA, and will be playing during the cartoonist-heavy 9:00 PM slot on Thursday, August 5th, alongside other shorts by Tony Millionaire, Ivan Brunetti, Jim Woodring, Mark Newgarden, Kaz and others.
