The next Creators' Group Meeting has been scheduled for September 18, 2003, 7-9:30pm at the Cartoon Art Museum (655 Mission Street, San Francisco). Guest speakers will be Jed Alexander (
Yellow Baby), Andrice Arp (
Hi-Horse), Attaboy (yumfactory.com) and Frederick "Fredo" Noland (
Shpilkes) will be on hand to discuss their comics and other projects (most likely in a panel discussion format).
The Creators' Group meetings are also a great place to meet local artists, network, catch up with old friends and make new ones. All Bay Area comics creators and creative talent are encouraged to attend. No admission will be charged for the meeting, although our suggested donation is $3 (all of which goes to the Cartoon Art Museum to finance future events like this one). Please spread the word and help to make this a successful event.
