[comix] CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS: AMERICAN PRESIDENTS

I've started a second iteration of a mini-comic I used to do, called
Cowboy Actor. This time around, the loose premise is that each issue will contain only stories about various American Presidents, past or present. I've completed the
first issue which consists of two leaves and "retails" for twenty-five cents each (current distribution is limited to my local comic shop, mailings to friends, and the Internet). I'm currently accepting submissions (comics or prose – yes, fiction is welcome) and/or letters to appear in future issues (
e-mail me for details). Each issue will be made available in photocopy form and on the web. The size and pricing of each issue will vary according to circumstances at the time each issue goes to print. There is currently no firm schedule, as these are being turned out purely for giggles.
The object of this exercise is to distribute these stories to as wide an audience as possible, without regard for traditional distribution methods and their potential to influence political content. Stories involving U.S. Presidents of any political bent are welcome.
Copyrights for each submission are retained by the authors of each submission. Contributors receive a digital master template (.pdf format) from which to create their own copies as they see fit. Since there's not much in the way of profit to be gleaned from mini-comics, compensation is derived from each contributor's publishing their own copies from the master template. Each issue will be archived at the IT(tm) Comics
website, but contributors are free to mirror issues featuring their work elsewhere as well.
