[event:comix] 2ND SEQUENTIAL ART STUDIES CONFERENCE IN SYDNEY, MAY 23
The Interdisciplinary Studies Unit of the Faculty of Design, Architecture and Building announces a Visual Culture event. It will host the Second Sequential Art Studies Conference, a mini-conference on mini-comics, at the University of Technology, Sydney on Friday 23 May from 4-8pm, in Room 6.322 and afterwards at the Clare Hotel on Broadway. At this scholarly meeting there will be presentations by both artists and academics. It is a FREE event and all students, researchers and fans of the comics medium are invited to attend. The conference will be opened by Assoc. Prof. Steve Harfield.
