EXHIBITION CONTINUES IN PORTUGAL

Stripburger’s traveling exhibition of originals published in the anthology
Stripburek – Comics from the Other Europe is successfully continuing presentation of East European comics artists. From Stockholm the exhibition is moving to Lisbon for the fifth International Festival of Comics and Illustration Salão Lisboa. This year the festival'ss main theme is “Frontiers” and with Germany as a guest country the festival will from 16th May until 22nd June present numerous comics and illustration exhibitions and new publications from Portuguese comics labels. The festival will open
Stripburger’s exhibition on Thursday, 15th May 2003 at the Pavilion Portugal. This time
Stripburger will be presented by Igor Prassel, the editor, who will also participate on the discussion titled "Check Point Charlie", and Serbian artists Aleksandar Opacic and Aleksandar Zograf. Aleksandar Zograf will also exhibit his works in the exhibition dedicated to comics journalism.
